How to delete all my data at FlightBox
What happens when you delete your account?
At any time you can delete your account and all your data at FlightBox. This will remove all your data from our servers and you will not be able to recover it. This includes all your flights, logbook entries, settings and preferences. Also the stored backups of your account data will be deleted. Your account will be deleted immediately and you will be logged out. You can create a new account at any time.
How to delete your data?
Via the FlightBox App:
- Go to the Pilot Profile page in the app.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap on the Delete Account button.
- Confirm the deletion by entering your password and tap on the Delete Account button.
- You can decide to leave your data just in the app and use it in accountless mode.
Via the myFlightBox Website:
- Login to myFlightBox.
- Click on the top right on your profile icon to go to your profile page.
- Tap the Delete Account button at the bottom of the page.
- Confirm the deletion.
- You will be logged out now and your account including all data will be deleted immediately.
Please note that the next time you open the FlightBox App you will see an error that your account cannot be accessed any longer. You may decide to continue without an account at that point.
